Chairman FPC Group of Companies
Responsible for the company strategy and group finances. Ed is the company founder, a registered professional engineer (PE) in the United States and a former president of the European Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE). His role is looking at the overall interest of the FPC group and its people.

Ralf Bruyninckx
Managing Director
Responsible for the day-to-day management of FPC and Global Business Development. Ralf is more than 10 years with the company and entertains a degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp and a Masters in Fire Protection Engineering from WPI in the United States. His experience at FPC has been mainly managerial and commercially related. Ralf has been instrumental in bringing fire technology and new methodologies to the company.

Souren Dakessian
Managing Director of FPC Middle East
Responsible for managing FPC's business in the Middle East, Arabian Gulf and North Africa
A UK Registered Chartered Fire Engineer 'CEng', with over 15 years regional experience with FPC. Souren holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Engineering. Has a multicultural background combined with over 20 years middle east business experience.

Gaby Verheyen
Head of Administration
Responsible for Personnel Management and Office Administration.
Gaby is with FPC for almost 15 years and is the true heart and soul of our company. She is the administrative key person and deals with all personnel and office related matters. Gaby is the personal assistant of both Ed and Ralf.

Jef Haeseldonckx
Head of Engineering
Responsible for ensuring that FPC projects and studies carry a quality stamp and that the consultancy and engineering department operates on a high technical level.
Jef's employment with FPC spans a period of more than 25 years. Over these years Jef has developed a logical and pragmatic view on fire protection engineering. He is therefore very capable to translate a client's fire safety request into a project for successful implementation by FPC's fire engineering department.

Dirk Smeets
Chief Engineer
Responsible for large accounts and coaching of junior staff.
Dirk Smeets is more than 10 years with FPC and holds a Masters in Bio Chemical Engineering. Although Dirk is not a fire engineer by formation, he is probably one of the better qualified fire engineers in the EU. Dirk has been responsible for the success of many large FPC projects and is also very well acquainted with European and local legislation in different member states of the EU.

Responsible for the emergency management services business of FPC globally.
Xavier has over 25 years of experience working for financial services, global IT software and Operational Risk Management services companies. He has an extensive background in working with international organizations in building solutions that address their business needs. Xavier bridges the world of technology, risk management and emergency management to help enterprises building an effective crisis and emergency management practice.

Responsible for daily operations of FPC in the United Arab Emirates.
Luc is a UK Registered Chartered Fire Engineer 'CEng' with over 25 years experience with FPC. He has successfully realized numerous complicated and demanding projects. A great motivator to younger engineers, with everlasting dedication and enthusiasm.

Mark Finn
Operations Manager KSA
Responsible for daily operations of FPC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Mark has over 18 years’ experience in fire protection engineering and project management in the Middle East and has worked on a number of major projects in the Oil & Gas, Aviation and Industrial sectors. Mark holds a BSc and MSc Degrees in Fire Safety Engineering.
